Early Years Movement
Working on fundamental movement skills and encouraging creative and rhythmical exploration from age 1-5 years. Can include work with parents/carers.
Pilates & 1 to 1
Using Pilates, Postural Analysis and Movement Correction to help uncover all the miraculous things our bodies are capable of. Offering challenges and motivation that is personalised and given with care.
Using a variety of styles to develop movement skills. Can focus on technique and performance or use as a tool for awareness of body, space and creativity.
As a Yoga Teacher in Training I am excited to add an extra layer to my practice. I have a keen interest in working with individual bodies and helping people find the way their body wants to move and encouraging time to stop and breathe.
