Ballet starts with a full body Barre style workout, some ballet basics then an expressive routine.

All That Jazz is a jazz class with an energetic routine using music from movies and musicals.

Wednesday Wellbeing is a fusion of Pilates and Yoga work on strength, mobility and flexibility with a feeling of calm.
